Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RoboNeo ("we", "us", or "our") and our AI image generation platform at roboneo.art. By accessing or using RoboNeo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

RoboNeo provides AI-powered image generation tools including, but not limited to, text-to-image generation, image-to-sticker conversion, AI background replacement, product shot generation, and profile picture creation.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RoboNeo does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

User Accounts

When you create a RoboNeo account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Safeguarding your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at hi@roboneo.art

RoboNeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Credits and Payments

RoboNeo operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features. Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Subscription plans (Pro monthly, Pro yearly, Lifetime) grant a set number of credits per billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. RoboNeo does not store your payment card details.

Intellectual Property

RoboNeo Content

RoboNeo's website, branding, code, and original content are owned by RoboNeo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute RoboNeo's proprietary materials without written permission.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of images and content you submit to RoboNeo. By using our services, you grant RoboNeo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your input solely to provide the requested AI generation service.

AI-Generated Output

Images generated by RoboNeo using your inputs are provided for your personal or commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use RoboNeo to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload RoboNeo's infrastructure
Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity
Circumvent credit or subscription billing systems
Generate NSFW, violent, or otherwise policy-violating content

RoboNeo reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Advertising

RoboNeo displays third-party advertisements (powered by Google AdSense) to users who are not on a paid subscription plan. By using RoboNeo as a free user, you acknowledge that ads may be shown. Paid subscribers (Pro and Lifetime) do not see advertisements.

Termination

RoboNeo may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use RoboNeo ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoboNeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
